With Mpro:Procure, orders are transmitted to suppliers via email, fax, or directly into your supplier's back-end order management systems. Mpro:Procure even includes a full-featured, web-based portal for suppliers, enabling order management, fulfilment, and invoicing that is more efficient and error free.

By using Mpro:Procure, the cost of invoice reconciliation is significantly reduced and instances of exception handling are decreased. The process becomes more secure and greater control is achieved with electronic invoices transmitted directly from the supplier into Mpro:Procure for three-way matching. Payment notification is then passed directly into your ERP or finance system.
